خبز الصاج ‎[V] a flat bread cooked on a sheet of metal. It is a simple bread, usually made with only flour, water, and salt. In Jordan it is also called خبز الشراك, and in Saudi القرصان (from the word قرص, meaning disc). A similar bread is also made in Iraq called الرقاق .

هالمَشْرُوع بالمَنْطَقَة رَاْح يْوَكِّلْنا كُلّْنا خُبِز وْيْرَفِّه حَيَاْتْنا ‎[I] This project in the area will feed us all and grant us prosperity.

جِيب لي وُصْلَة خُبُز وِاسْتِكَان چاي حَتَّى أَوَلِّي ‎[I] Bring me a piece of bread and a cup of tea so I can get out of here.
‏بُقَوا نُصّْ ساعَة وْبَعْدَين وَلَّوا ‎[I] They stayed a half hour and then went away
